The Court approved the consent settlement under s95 because, on the evidence of drug seizures, admissions, convictions, unexplained cash and deposits, and having regard to litigation risks, costs and public interest in prompt resolution, the settlement was consistent with the purposes of the Act and overall interests of justice.
