Substituted service on the respondent via her solicitor is appropriate and is granted; leave to proceed by originating application and to file in the Auckland registry is not granted at this stage because the matters are contested and the respondent should indicate promptly whether she opposes that procedure; the court directed a 72 hour memorandum from the respondent's solicitor given the acknowledged urgency.
