The defendant breached duties under ss 131, 135, 136 and 137 by continuing to trade the company after it was insolvent from 31 October 2012 and by incurring further obligations without reasonable grounds; those breaches causally produced and exacerbated creditor losses and justify a s 301 contribution equal to admitted creditor claims of $340,837.01.
