The appellant failed to prove on the balance of probabilities that her current incapacitating condition is the direct consequence of the March 1997 incidents; the preponderance of specialist medical opinion attributes her ongoing symptoms to degenerative L4-5 disc disease and not to an ongoing injury from the 1997 events, therefore the respondent correctly ceased entitlements.
