The Court was satisfied there were reasonable grounds to believe the statutory predicates for an interim restraining order were met based on circumstantial indicators of possession and use by Mr Liu (length of time in possession, apparent regular use, and Mr Wallace's lack of licence), and therefore granted an interim restraining order over the 2003 Harley Davidson V-Rod (reg 14ZZZ) limited in time to avoid oppression pending final determination.
