Although statutory procedures for occupational and medical assessments were followed, on the balance of probabilities the Court found the medical assessment outcome did not accord with the overall evidence about the appellant's chronic pain, medication effects, toileting needs and functional limitations and therefore the appellant does not have capacity to work as a weighing and tally clerk.
