Leave to appeal refused because none of the proposed grounds raised a seriously arguable question of law: the IPT lawfully found that despite exceptional humanitarian circumstances the applicant's deliberate immigration fraud and its negative effect on the integrity of the immigration system meant deportation would not be unjust or unduly harsh; the Tribunal's factual findings and weightings were within lawful bounds and no legal error requiring High Court determination was shown.
