An interim injunction and limited suppression were granted because the plaintiff established a serious question to be tried on breach of confidence, the balance of convenience favoured restraint to prevent likely irreparable harm to investigations and third parties, and overall justice required temporary protection of confidential material; the Court has jurisdiction to grant such orders against unknown defendants and to make targeted suppression orders where proportionate.
