The starting point of 16 months' imprisonment was wrong in principle and should have been 12 months; applying the same uplifts and discounts produces a notional nine months' imprisonment which could justify a four to five month home detention period; the actual imposed five months' home detention was not manifestly excessive or wrong in principle given the circumstances and the District Court's available discretion, therefore the appeal is dismissed.
