Plaintiffs failed to prove on the necessary careful scrutiny that Graeme and Denise made a sufficiently certain mutual agreement or promise not to revoke their 2012 wills; evidence (notably the 2013 lunch account) was unreliable or equivocal and at best established an honorary expectation, not a binding undertaking, so the statutory requirements of s 30 Wills Act 2007 were not satisfied; judgment for defendant.
