The Court held defendants jointly and severally liable for costs; awarded a 10 day allowance for commencement (step 1), 2.5 days for the list of documents (step 20), a four day hearing allowance, allowed scanning/coding disbursements of $2,412.82 and allowed expert valuer fees of $4,766.75 as properly incurred in relation to the claim against the first defendant, and rejected the plaintiff's claim for a five day hearing and seven day discovery allowance.
