    CHAMBERS v WEDD [2016] NZHC 905

    Citation
    [2016] NZHC 905
    Court
    High Court

Because the father's current attorneys waived privilege in respect of relevant documents and separate counsel consented to waiver of confidentiality, the Court was entitled to order non-party discovery on the papers and require prompt compliance; accordingly discovery was ordered to be completed within 15 working days and the matter set down for a judicial telephone conference to finalise timetabling to trial.
