The Court ordered LG to use its best endeavours to locate and provide documents in its control that supply the missing particulars in the CDR spreadsheet (recipient identities for anonymised entries, disposition of defective units/components, and missing/blank rows), to keep plaintiff's advisers informed, and to advise the trial judge at trial commencement of what has or has not been achieved; the Court refused the broader order to reconcile inventory records with the spreadsheet as that is a matter for evidence, and upheld LG's claims to privilege for the documents inspected by the judge.
