Both defendants were in contempt for failing to file affidavits of assets as ordered; the first defendant additionally breached asset preservation orders in four specific ways (use of mother's account to dispose funds; transfer of Porsche ownership; transfers to and from China except NZD 12,629.70 on 27 July 2017; pawning of Hublot watch); the appropriate penalty for the first defendant was a sentence of community work and both defendants were ordered to pay indemnity costs.
