The Court granted sanction for the transfer and ordered removal of the "No survivorship" notation because the transfer does not alter beneficial interests, all beneficiaries consent, the notation was not part of the original arrangement and is an unnecessary impediment to efficient administration of the trust; the Court therefore exercised its powers under ss 132 and 133 LTA 1952 to permit the transfer and remove the notation.
