The Court exercised its s133 LTA jurisdiction to remove the "no survivorship" notation and authorise the necessary transmissions and transfers because doing so was necessary to regularise trustees' title, there was no risk of prejudice to beneficiaries (who supported the application), the statutory procedure had been followed (advertising), and LINZ could not register the dealings without Court sanction.
