Appeal dismissed; the High Court found no ruling that prohibited a factual finding on Exhibit B, the trial judge permissibly limited cross-examination to relevant matters, and made a legitimate factual finding on the provenance of the message based on the totality of evidence and credibility assessments; credibility was central and no real risk existed that the outcome was affected, so no miscarriage of justice occurred.
