Court accepted settlors' expressed wish in clause 9.2 to realise farm value by subdivision and found trustees (including John and GHTL) acted within that framework and with sufficient prudence and independent input; therefore plaintiffs' substantive claims for breach of duty, equitable compensation and account of profits failed; removal/retirement of John as trustee was effected by his agreement and court appointed a professional trustee (Paul Dorrance) to replace him.
