The Court declined to order an interim distribution because it was not satisfied it had jurisdiction to do so on the basis of the Trustee Act provisions or the authorities presented; accordingly the distribution relief was dismissed and the disclosure order was not made where executors had represented they had provided and would provide relevant documents.
