Interlocutory procedure was appropriate; clause 18 did not bar the application; court concluded Kahukiwa possessed confidential information relevant to the dispute and his continued participation (including his firm) created a real risk of conflict or appearance of bias undermining administration of justice, therefore restraint of Kahukiwa and Corban Revell from acting for the plaintiffs in CIV-2017-463-61 was necessary.
