The Court declined to order production of all unredacted bank statements because the plaintiffs failed to establish reasonable grounds under r 8.19 that additional relevant undisclosed documents exist, the bulk of bank entries were likely irrelevant, and the defendant had sworn she had produced all pages evidencing deposits from the deceased; however the Court ordered limited further discovery of bank entries relating to a $20,000 payment and repayment for a car due to an obvious omission.
