Summary judgment granted in part: plaintiff entitled to judgment for the put option price of AUD 130,013.43 and interest at 60% per annum calculated on the initial purchase price of AUD 100,010.33 from the acceleration date 17 August 2018; the court declined to allow interest at 60% on the put option price (i.e. avoided the arguable penalty element on the accelerated amount) and rejected defences of unfair contract terms and unconscionable conduct on the material before the court.
