The Corporation should not rely on the GP's apparent revocation because it was induced by misleading information from the case manager; the original ACC18 medical certificate, supported by contemporaneous medical notes, colleagues' statements and the surgeon's evidence, established unfitness from 22 June 2009 and entitled the appellant to weekly compensation from that date until the next certificate.
