On the affidavits and plea of guilty to cannabis offending punishable by five or more years (significant criminal activity), together with evidence of unexplained cash, deposits and asset accumulation consistent with proceeds of cannabis dealing, there were reasonable grounds to find the specified cash, real property and vehicle were tainted or derived from unlawful benefit and a without‑notice restraining order was justified; the early sale order was refused for lack of urgency.
