Application for non-party discovery dismissed: comparative credentialing materials about other practitioners were not sufficiently relevant under r 8.21 to the plaintiff's claim against the defendants, and disclosure of evaluative materials (including identities of referees) was refused because the public interest in maintaining confidentiality of the credentialing process under s 69 Evidence Act 2006 outweighed the public interest in disclosure and disclosure would likely harm the free flow of information and third parties' interests.
