On the balance of probabilities Public Trust established that the executed will of 17 November 2014 was the deceased's valid last will: there was no challenge to its execution, no evidence of undue influence, and the evidential difficulties and medical records made a declaration of validity for the later unsigned draft untenable; accordingly probate in solemn form of the 2014 will should be granted to Public Trust.
