On the parties' consent the court found that use of 'Veex' on or in relation to electronic cigarettes or e-liquid capsules infringed trademark registration no. 1049066 (VEEV) under s89 of the Trademarks Act 2002 and granted permanent injunctions restraining the defendant and associated persons from specified uses and promotions of the VEEX marks.
