The Court was satisfied the draft will and signed handwritten note reflected the deceased's testamentary intentions, consistent with instructions given to her solicitor and supported by affidavits and the consent of the principal beneficiary; accordingly, under s14 the document and codicil were declared valid as the deceased's last will and codicil.
