The Court was satisfied on the evidence — confirmations by the deceased to Public Trust staff, contemporaneous medical confirmation of capacity, and arrangements made to execute the draft will that were frustrated by external events — that the draft will expressed the deceased's final testamentary intentions and therefore it is valid under s14 Wills Act 2007.
