Clause 6.7(g) cannot reasonably be read to allow 'other members' to exclude those proposed to be removed; the Trust Deed's meeting, quorum (75%) and voting requirements were not met (only four of ten trustees voted to remove five trustees), therefore the resolution to remove the plaintiffs and the subsequent appointments were invalid and are set aside; interim appointment of Public Trust declined without prior service on the Attorney‑General and further case management.
