By consent the Court ordered sale of the land under s 339, authorised valuation and auction (with private treaty fallback), directed deduction of valuation, sale and plaintiff's costs from proceeds, and allocated the net proceeds (half to Billings, one quarter to PowerNet, one quarter retained in trust pending resolution); remaining disputes about spouse entitlement are for separate proceedings.
