The trust deeds, construed as a whole and in light of the circumstances at execution, show the settlors intended 'the wife of the settlor' and 'the husband of the settlor' to refer to the respective then spouses (Kay Dixon and Graeme Dixon); dissolution of the marriage did not automatically remove their status as final beneficiaries and no rectification or variation was warranted.
