The court granted the directions sought to implement its earlier orders: it vested the two specified properties and all other trust assets in Ringwood Trustees Limited as corporate trustee, authorised Christopher Darlow as sole director to register transfers from the named trustees to Ringwood Trustees Limited, directed Ringwood Trustees Limited to sell the properties in the manner and order it considered most beneficial to beneficiaries, and authorised payment of the costs of formation, administration and sale from the net proceeds of sale.
