The relationship property agreement allocated the shareholders' current account liability to Paul Moncur and relieved Angela Moncur; the agreement was not void under s47(1) because Angela lacked intent to defeat creditors and s47(2) could not be invoked because the liquidators did not bring a specific challenge within two years, so Monocrane's claims in debt and under s301 against Angela are defeated and her counterclaim/set-off based on the 2008 loan was not established.
