Offending placed at the lower end of Band 2 under R v AM because the victim was so intoxicated as to be vulnerable, the breach of trust was present though low level, and harm was significant; offending was opportunistic rather than premeditated; starting point fixed at seven years six months, reduced by four months for good character and by 12 months for restrictive bail conditions, resulting in an immediate sentence of six years two months imprisonment with no minimum period imposed.
