The application for leave to appeal was filed out of time because time ran from the original judgment date (21 June 2013), the correction to the intitulement did not displace the sealed judgment's date, and there was no effective waiver by the second respondent so the District Court lacked jurisdiction to entertain the late application; accordingly the application for leave is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
