Dr Saha and the partnership (not retired partners) have legal control of the partnership documents for discovery; a current partner (Mr Frost) is entitled to access partnership documents held by Dr Saha and the partnership must undertake discovery of the partnership documents listed in the Schedule, with staged discovery to be conducted accordingly.
