The Court ordered screening only for Ms Dinsdale-Dette because the s103 criterion of fear of intimidation was met on the evidence (including findings at a prior related trial); for other witnesses no screening was ordered because there was no evidence they feared intimidation and potential prejudice to co-defendants could be addressed by a jury direction, so a screening order was not justified.
