The Court was satisfied on the balance of probabilities that the partially completed will kit, prepared by the caregiver from the deceased's instructions and read back to him, expressed the deceased's testamentary intentions; under s14 the High Court declared that document to be the deceased's valid will despite lack of formal signing and witnessing.
