The medical and occupational assessments identifying at least one sustainable work type were uncontradicted; under Ramsay those assessments are binding absent clear cogent evidence to the contrary; no such evidence was presented, therefore the respondent's decision that the appellant had attained Vocational Independence was correct and must be upheld.
