The District Court concluded vocational medical independence was not established because the medical assessment relied on by ACC lacked sufficient objective criteria and failed adequately to address endurance and the exacerbating effects of chronic pain and cognitive/sleep impairment when extrapolating from limited domestic activity to sustained full‑time work; therefore the reviewer’s decision was quashed and the appeal allowed.
