Leave to appeal was refused because the applicant failed to show it was necessary in the interests of justice under s 74(2); the High Court correctly struck out the proceeding as plainly an abuse under r 5.35B because it did not disclose a cause of action, did not adequately identify defendants and, to the extent it targeted judges, was barred by absolute judicial immunity; complaints about judicial conduct should be directed to the Judicial Conduct Commissioner.
