The High Court held the end sentence of two years' imprisonment was within the available range and not manifestly excessive given the sophistication, number of victims, amounts involved, the period of offending and significant aggravation from offending while awaiting sentence and while subject to home detention and post-detention conditions; the six month uplift for prior convictions was justified and a 15% guilty plea discount was appropriate; appeal dismissed.
