The respondent's interpretation and application of the Ancillary Services Regulations was correct: travel is limited to $0.28 per km or intercity bus unless prior approval for taxi is obtained showing necessity; accommodation reimbursement is capped at the statutory nightly amount; the letter of 1 August 2007 constituted a reviewable decision and the reviewer correctly upheld the respondent; therefore the appeal is dismissed.
