Entitlement to transport reimbursement accrues only upon completion of each journey so travel undertaken after 1 April 2002 is governed by the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001 and the 2002 Ancillary Services Regulations; the appellant failed to demonstrate an accrued right preserved by s.364 or the Interpretation Act to the pre-2002 rate.
