The Medical Misadventure Advisory Committee failed to consider all relevant issues and evidence (including thimerosal/mercury, informed consent and medical error) in advising the respondent; therefore the matter must be remitted to the MMAC with directions to consider specified matters and to enable the respondent to make a fresh primary decision with rights of review.
