Payment by the defendant of the Family Court's principal award constituted an admission that she held the withdrawn funds on trust and that she breached that trust by paying cash to her son; that admission included liability for interest awarded by the Family Court; accordingly the plaintiff was entitled to judgment for the interest sum of $92,250.29 and costs on a 2B basis.
