Court found Andrews repeatedly caused and allowed NZNet to trade in a manner creating substantial risk to creditors and breached duties under ss135 and 137, contracted to assume the Superdockets obligation breaching s136, and failed to keep proper accounting records breaching s194; accordingly Andrews was ordered to contribute and declared personally liable for the full outstanding creditor debt at liquidation ($1,098,591.29).
