The court was satisfied reasonable efforts to effect personal service had been made and the debtor's own texts indicated acceptance of alternative delivery; accordingly substituted service was appropriate by leaving the bankruptcy notice and the order with an adult at the specified Halswell address within specified times or affixing them to the front door if no adult present, together with sending the documents to the debtor's mobile, with service deemed effective two working days after completion of those steps.
