Court was satisfied on the balance of evidence that both girls were under 20 years of age, that other statutory criteria under the Adoption Act 1955 were met, and that adoption was in the girls' best interests rather than an attempt to circumvent immigration controls; accordingly the appeal is allowed and a final adoption order is granted with specified recorded birth dates.
